The Enhanced Resource Management (ERM) program would be responsible for assisting organizations with strategically integrating effective HR processes, programs and practices into its daily operations. ERM role is to maximize organizational performance related to human resources by introducing or implementing best practice products or services as well as to provide periodic feedback to organizations regarding their performance related to annual management objectives.

Enhancement Training and Development would perform need assessments or audits of organizations and make recommendations or proposals, coordinate the creation and implementation of an action or corrective plan, and when required, organize and coordinate cross-functional human resource teams to assist organizations with developing and implementing performance improvement corrective plans, programs or processes.
ERM program can be varied to supplement an existing human resource department or act as a formal human resource function. ERM can be provided on-site or off-site or as a combination that best suits the needs of an organization.
